The easiest way to reach out to our support with any issue related to the dashboard is to go to the help center found in the main menu, but you will also find a link to our homepage in the footer where you can get all our contact details.
Ticketing
To raise a ticket, you can use our help center found in the main menu. We try to prefill as much information as we can. If something is missing, please provide us the information so that we can help you as quickly as possible. Please give a short description of your problem.
You could also send us a more specific description and attach documents or screenshots if you think it could be helpful.

If you are subscribed to our Ultimate plan, one of our sales engineers will be assigned to your account. You can find the contact information in the bottom section of the help center located in the main menu if you click on ”Resources” followed by a click on “Open ticket”.
